Structural Inspection & Analysis Qld

We provide structural inspections and assessments for concrete, steel, and timber structures.
By carrying an extensive array of instrumentation, we can check both the internal and external condition of a structure, giving you a better footing to make informed decisions on options, costs & risks.
We also supply written dilapidation reports, structural remediation plans, and RPEQ certification documentation as part of our service.

Forensic Engineering Assessment

When a structure has failed, been damaged, or is the subject of an insurance claim or legal dispute, a forensic engineering assessment determines the cause. We investigate the failure mechanism using on-site instrumentation, material sampling and structural analysis, then provide an RPEQ-certified report detailing findings, causation and recommended remediation.  Commonly engaged by insurers, lawyers, body corporates and asset owners across Queensland.

Concrete Investigation & Analysis

We use our tooling and instrumentation to perform comprehensive inspection and testing of all concrete structures and types.

We use our engineering knowledge with third-party consultancies to provide sampling and testing services for steel and aluminium of all grades.
